Refund Policy

If you are not thrilled with the quality of your Toro Lantern, we will return it for no cost.

We are proud to run our business the way we want to see others run theirs.

If you are not happy with your lantern or any part of the process, we will work to resolve any issue with you personally. If we cannot resolve it, we will gladly return your lantern. 

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns up front. It is a better experience for both parties if we can resolve any issues prior to a lantern leaving our studio. However, if you receive something you are not happy with, we will work with you to arrange shipping back to us at no charge.

This is something we offer in good faith to our customers, and we reserve the right to decline this if we deem a situation unfair or extreme.

 

We started our company to provide exemplary service to our customers, and we expect our customers to be courteous in return.
